Initiate Your Return
Contact our dedicated Customer Experience team via our online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 60 days of receipt.
Pack Your Product
Securely pack your BedJet unit, remote, and any accessories in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, your full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
